Team - Fairway Fusion B
Reason - Playing non-registered player
This was with regard to the match against Inside traders which was won 6-5 by Fusion B. A complaint was made that one player had been recognised as being someone who had been seen playing in the Tuesday league but at the time of the match the complainant couldn't be 100% sure. They later reported this to the committee and the matter was investigated. The Fusion B captain admitted this had been the case and apologised. They had also registered the player correctly after the match. As they are a new team and due to the other mitigations mentioned the committee decided:
- The game would be reversed
- The Captain was given written advice
- The captain was also provided some light reading in the form of the league regs
This matter is now deemed closed.
